Finding Your Fire for God: A 24- Hour Prayer Vigil

In a world that constantly pulls our attention in every direction, it's easy for our spiritual flame to dim. But God still calls us to a vibrant, passionate, and Spirit-filled life. That’s why we’re inviting you to rekindle your faith and find your fire for God during a powerful 24-hour prayer vigil— beginning at 7:00 AM on June 7 and concluding at 7:00 AM on June 8.

Why a Prayer Vigil? Throughout Scripture, we see God’s people seeking Him through prayer—especially during times of transformation, crisis, and calling. Jesus himself spent whole nights in prayer (Luke 6:12), and the early church gathered in constant prayer before the outpouring of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost (Acts 1:14). In that same spirit, this vigil is a sacred opportunity to slow down, listen, and let the Holy Spirit ignite something new in you. What to Expect This is more than just a set of prayers—it’s a space of renewal.

Whether you come in person or participate from home, this vigil invites you to: Seek God’s Presence – through worship, Scripture, silence, and heartfelt prayer. Confess and Surrender – letting go of what weighs you down and welcoming God’s refining fire. Intercede for Others – lifting up our families, communities, churches, and the world. Listen for God’s Voice – making space to hear what the Spirit might be saying to you personally.

Throughout the 24 hours, you’re invited to sign up for a one-hour time slot. Guided prayer prompts will be provided to help focus your time with God. You’re welcome to stay for an hour, several hours, or even the full vigil—whatever God places on your heart. Rekindling the Flame This vigil isn’t just about endurance, it’s about encounter. It’s about choosing to step away from the noise and enter into holy space. Whether your faith feels on fire or barely flickering, God desires to meet you where you are.

As Paul exhorted Timothy: “Fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you...” (2 Timothy 1:6) This vigil is your invitation to do just that.  How to Join

Sign-Up: A sign-up board is available in the foyer where you can choose a one-hour time slot. Guided prayer prompts will be provided to help focus and enrich your time with God. Come for an hour. Stay for the night. Watch and pray. Let your heart be set ablaze again. Find your fire. God is waiting.
